There is no availablity showing for the date I wanted?
If there are no available appointments for the date you were after then you can add yourself to the waiting list. This will then automatically email you if and when an appointment becomes available.
I have credit on my customer account from a previous booking, how do i book using this as my deposit?
Unfortunately, you can’t use customer credit as non-refundable booking deposits via online booking. However if there is a date and time that you would like to secure and book a treatment, send me an email or a text and I can book this directly through my system, using your customer credit as a non-refundable booking deposit.
I have made a mistake and i need to change my booking.
Once a booking has been made, you will receive a confirmation email, through this you have control over your appointment. You can move, prepay or cancel any booking that has been made. Be mindful of the 24hr cancellation policy.
